Chardonnay characterized by its great seductive elegance. This cuvée is the result of a strict selection of our best plots of Chardonnay giving birth to some 6,000 to 8,000 bottles per year in the great years.

The very straight character of the Chardonnay is expressed there with its great finesse and minerality. The yellow fruits are very present and its 5 years aging time removes the hardness sometimes apparent in young Chardonnay. This cuvée is the quintessence of Chardonnay.
